Sean Peters is a contemporary oil painter based in Australia. His first exhibition at Gaffa Gallery in 2018 was titled "The Becoming".

Themes of movement and transformation are animated by intermediate biomorphic forms, suspended against a background of empty infinite space. Anatomical profiles are expressed with organic taut lines and non-uniform perforations, conveying fluidity and mass. 

An earthen palette of Midnight, Van Dyke Brown and Madder are inspired by the Australian outback before dawn.
